When you have a resume with a boat load of jobs listed on it, where the applicant previously worked, you have a treasure trove of leads. Don’t just simply view the resume as that person’s resume, view it as a sourcing tool. “HACK IT”, by combing through the companies they previously worked at. Often times, they’ve worked at companies very similar to those that you would want to get contracts with. By having a flat out list of those companies it gives you the ability to look those companies up and find the decision makers and make moves! Make it easy on yourself!
